Job Duties:
Service guests by providing hair care, styling, coloring, cutting, nails, brows, and facial waxing services
Assist our teams’ daily operations
Operate our salon software and answer phone calls alongside our Reception Team
Keep the salon organized, clean and follow safety standards alongside our Salon Support Team
Participate in live and virtual learning opportunities
Positively accept coaching and critique from educators and mentors
Participate in team meetings and individual meetings with our Leadership Team
Compensation:
Hourly + Service Revenue Bonus + Gratuities
