Service prices are subject to change.
LATE ARRIVALS
If you arrive late to an appointment we cannot guarantee that the service or stylist requested will be available. We will do our best to accommodate by modifying the service and utilizing support from available team members. We may suggest an alternate appointment time if your late arrival would impact our ability to perform your service or interrupt our stylist’s workflow or another guest’s scheduled service.
WAIT TIMES
Please allow for up to 15 minutes of wait time for your service. If circumstances arise where your wait time exceeds 15 minutes, another stylist may assist or we will contact you regarding the delay.
CANCELLATIONS
Please contact us to cancel or reschedule your appointment as soon as possible. Frequent cancellations and missed appointments may jeopardize our ability to schedule future appointments with you. We may require a 50% non-refundable payment at the time of booking and/or limit scheduling to day-of availability only.
APPOINTMENT MODIFICATIONS
Please contact us to change, add-on, or omit services from your appointment as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes. We may suggest an alternate appointment time if the change, add-on, or omission would impact our ability to perform the service or interrupt our stylist’s workflow or another guest’s scheduled service.
ABSENT STYLIST
Should your stylist be unavailable for your scheduled appointment, we will contact you promptly to reschedule. As a team, we will try our best to offer options for rescheduling your appointment.
APPRENTICES
MCV Salon supports Wisconsin Apprenticeship. As a guest you are a valuable part of their educational training. Services with an apprentice (when available) are offered at a reduced rate.
CHILDREN & COMPANIONS
Parental advisory is required for children’s services. To maintain a safe, professional, and uplifting environment we ask companions and children accompanying service guests to wait in the waiting area. We request that you arrange child care for your service visits.
PERSONAL DEVICES
To maintain a relaxing environment, please silence all devices and bring headphones for audio use.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are available for service or retail purchases at MCV Salon or on MCVSalon.com. We also accept Aveda Gift Cards for retail purchases and salon services. Gift card purchases are non-refundable.
